From my search it looks like acrewal in 2017 is 2018 medallion year so he chooses RUCs by Jan 31, 2019. BUT the desk told him he had to choose within an hour. so he did. What is correct? Ill be pretty annoyed if he got them needlessly now as no travel planned that wed want to use RUCs for and the clock is ticking. info?
Yeah, there are more than enough threads on this topic, plus like davetravels point out, it mentions it when you go to pick the benefits. Sometimes you just have to read.
