I totally agree...everyone needs to calm down and stop the negative attacks. While FFN is a great feature of Hyatt (I have already earned 5), that has nothing to do with a problem in making a reservation. Many times the Hyatt does not function properly and even last week I could not see my GP point balance. That is something we do need to address with Julia as many times I would like to make a reservation and cannot.

For DivaofTravel--I agree, please be much kinder in your posts. I have noticed they are quite negative many times and truly not necessary. Please take your frustrations out somewhere else!
