RM performs ALL functions. In the past I had to contact different departments and now I just email my RM, whose response time is almost immediate, and she takes care of everything either herself or by engaging other team members. I used to be very underwhelmed with their travel & concierge departments. Now there is a very personal approach and RMs have gone above & beyond to complete my requests.
