Calm down.

Websites have problems sometimes and the Hyatt website is absolutely no worse than Starwoods. In fact, I'd dare to say its better. In fact, Starwood's website may be the single sh!tt!est travel website I use. And while Starwood has 24H reservations in the US, overseas can be a problem... I've had a lot of difficulty with Starwood reservations in Hong Kong, for example.

Hyatt is simply smaller than other chains so you'll just have to deal.

Why don't you just call the specific hotel you're trying to stay at directly and sort out the rest (rates, online booking bonuses, etc. etc.) by calling Hyatt customer service directly when they're open?
