I am interested to see how people deal with this topic. We're in the process of moving to hot desks at work and I'm trying to see it as an opportunity to get "more mobile" in my set up. The use is mostly Google Meet/Hangouts, but occasionally Skype. I use a "call centre" type headset when working on laptop/at docking station, and Apple earpods if I'm using phone to join when out and about. The headset scores higher on comfort and ease of use, but if I want to carry the things I need the risk is it will get bashed up while in my bag.

I'm wondering if there's a good middle ground people use, that has some of the comfort of the headset but is a bit more portable? Any suggestions?
