From my experience so far SK tends to wait since they can catch up some time in the air. I had one time that the plane from CPH arrived when the flight to HKG was supposed to push back. They waited and it delayed everything by around 45min but we still arrived in time. I don't know where the threshold is, but at least there is some buffer.
