I agree fully with this. SAS at CPH is great, and the number of bad grapes among the SAS Staff there is very low! At ARN though, it is another story, unfortunately. And this is a problem. One should experience the same quality of service everywhere! That is pretty fundamental in the service sector...

Nothing is free on Norwegian domestic flights, nor tourist flights to/from Norway.
This is a problem that kind of relates to the issue mentioned above... Now that SAS has been divided into even more units with SAS Braathens in Norway being a very different product, the customer will get confused. The service level within SAS is too different depending on where you travel and where you are... That is not good for SAS in the long run!
