This story sounds very strange that I first thought it to be a hoax.
I have transited via CPH a dozen times, in good times as well as turbulent times. Never the CPH ground staff have misbehaved or not listened to my requests, be it a meal voucher for being 4 hrs late in a winter storm before christmas, a reseating when 40 pax are behind me who all want to board as if the terminal was on fire, rebook me on an earlier flight to ARN when I came in early etc etc. SK staff at CPH treat everyone nice irrespective of status. ARN is a different piece of cake.
SK flights do not charge for drinks or food.
Agents in CDG do not have the authority to do major changes to your bookings. Their instructions are to send you to the SK base and telex the details of pax missing their connection so that the service centre can prepare everything.
The supervisor behind the desk in the service centre at CPH does the deals and can bend the rules. I have noticed the desk agents call him/her to look into a case when you ask for something out of the way. The lady in the lounge can only do as the service centre had set up things in your record or call the supervisor to fix things.
If you experienced the above, then take my word that SK is not like this and you were victim of a fluke.
