Many new openings in Russia and former Soviet republics
Confirmed:
CP Moscow Park Huaming (340 rooms) - opening 4Q 2018 or August 2019 depending on source. Hotel website is already up on IHG.com
From a media report (so can't 100% verify):
HIX Moscow in the Khovrino area (170 rooms, renovation of Soyuz hotel) - early 2018 (not to be confused with HIX SVO airport)
HI Kaliningrad - May 2018
HIX in St. Petersburg - June 2018
HI Resort Telavi (Georgia) - Summer 2018
HI Yerevan - September 2018
HIX Yerevan - end of 2018
CP Yerevan (98 rooms) - end of 2018
HIX Astana - 2018
HIX Moscow near Baumanskaya metro - 2019
Under consideration:
Staybridge Suites in Moscow WTC - possible redevelopment of existing Mezhdunarodnaya apart-hotel.
