PE Shows on Seat Maps But Can't be Purchased
Virgin Atlantic shows the A330-300 back in service Manchester & Gatwick from BOS, SFO and ATL after 01 August. Seat maps display a PE cabin and available seats. But nothing can be booked in that 2-3-2 section.

I understand that the A330-200 - without PE - serves these routes between March and the end of July. The grounding of the 787 fleet required it.

So why is Premium Economy dead for the year even after the 300 returns?
