No personal experience from me, but a close friend of mine made the apparent mistake of staying at this property. No heat, and lots of mold in the bathroom. He switched hotels for the following evening as the manager didn't care. He has emailed the hotel and Diamond Desk to complain, but no response yet. After checking Yelp this morning, inop HVAC seems to be a common complaint, as does some complaints of mold, dirty sheets, and a management team that couldn't care less.
