ExpertFlyer has a free subscription option that will, I think, let you see a seat map.
And you can always start a booking on ba.com and get to the point where you are offered the chance to select a seat, so that you can see the seat map. If you dummy book in Club, that may be the fastest way of seeing whether it's a 52J aircraft or an 86J aircraft.
As it happens, BA217 (the earlier flight) is planned to be operated with a super high-J on each of those three days. BA293 (the later flight) has a mid-J aircraft on all three of those days.
