As others have stated, 30 minutes is easily doable in Detroit... Worst case scenario, DTW is less than 3 hours from Cleveland by car (depending on where... I've made that drive no less than a hundred times.)

And if you catch a nice tail wind SEA-DTW, you will probably arrive early.
