It's nonsense to call/tweet, and go thru the "can you check this flight", "can you check that one", "how about the day after"
This is my single biggest gripe with Delta and the SkyMiles program. I truly believe Delta has kept this process archaic in order to keep certificate breakage high and thus lower the cost associated with offering them. It is very subversive and opaque on Delta's part.
