There was a "missed" Delaware Toll of $6 during my November rental. Not sure how that miss occurred (i.e. why my own transponder didn't get charged $6 that day) - but National already went back to that one-day rental in Nov, and added $21.87 to that contract...Plenty, I thought; but also done and forgotten, I thought...Nope: received a letter in January now stating additional $38.85 is invoiced.

Something is not right if EC member gets progressively hit over $60 now, when it's hard to even say why $6 overhead toll collection missed. Kindly share your experiences; what do I do now??
