I fully realize there are reasons behind the delays, but the end results are the same... AS has a poor on-time record. We can all blame weather and the Alaska and Mexico routes, but the fact of the matter is, passengers are sitting at the gates waiting for their delayed flights.

None of this is new news... nearly every year AS rates poorly in on-time performance.

The good news, it should be an easy fix. AS just needs to fix their schedule to reflect REALITY... rather than their fantasy schedule which they can rarely adhere to.
