Regarding the boarding process, I've taken one "TANGO" flight thus far, and they didn't even bother with pre-boarding. It was fine with me as the flight was only about 40% full. If it's a full flight, then they definitely need to pre-board MVPs and Golds. I couldn't care less whether Golds get to board ahead of MVPs...I would simply want the opportunity to board prior to the main cabin "cattle call"
