You shouldn't have any problem getting the rate quoted. Costco does a pretty large volume in car rentals and there seem to be few, if any complaints.

That said, there's always the possibility you may be able to do a bit better as rates often drop within a few weeks of pickup. You can track your rate using the link below if you'd like to check that you have the lowest rate possible.
