Hello chaps,
I recently took a few flights with AF (my first ones in years) which started with a flight on Singapore Airlines (same PNR).
It went like this:
CGK-SIN (Singapore Airlines)
SIN-CDG (Air France)
CDG-EDI (Air France)
At check-in, I requested the Singapore Airlines agent (who printed all the boarding passes) to input Alaska Mileage Plan as my FFP instead of GarudaMiles which was inputted during the online booking (which I can't seem to change online). All the boarding passes show my AS number instead of GarudaMiles. To my dismay, a couple of days after my flight, I saw that my miles are instead credited to GarudaMiles.
I reached out to Air France and was given the (rather unhelpful) response:
Dear Mr ClubEurope,
Thank you for your recent communication of 27 January last.
Since the issues you mention are not within this department's area of expertise, I am sorry that I personally could not be of assistance to you on this occasion and would recommend you to contact GarudaMiles. They will be able to assist you further into this matter

I've contacted GarudaMiles, and I am sure that I will be replied a message of similar tone.
What should I do??
