This I totally 100% agree with. Making a scene in front of the other passenger is way over the line. If he had a problem he needs to address it with the FA in the galley and mostly he needs to take it up with DL corporate instead of dragging an innocent passenger into it.

Plus it's really creepy to like keep track of everyone in F and figure out who's on an upgrade.
And totally against Delta policy for the employee providing him that information.....no matter how they communicate.
