Technically canceling your Arrival plus card will not disqualify you from getting the 60K bonus for signing up for the Aviator Red card, the problem is that you don't have any Barclays cards open, this might affect your approval since Barclay is a little sensitive to people canceling all their cards with them then apply for a new card, it is recommended to keep one barclay card open at all time.
But, if you get approved for a new Aviator Red card you will get the bonus, Barclay doesn't deny people the bonus after approval, take a shot at it and hope for the best.
