While I don't doubt this happened to you, it had nothing to do with "Grab" and everything to do with those particular drivers. My recent bad experience in a cab was also in a cab that had "Grab" on it, but it was the driver who was responsible for taking me all over town for over an hour, just as your drivers are responsible for the meters in the car, not Grab.
