I just applied for Premier Rewards, how did I keep using Hotels.com's rewards and thinking it's always 10 to 1 redemption?

Yes many hotels that used to be in C2 are now gone, but there are still many in North America that I can use for 15K points near airports (I can't believe I paid for the C2 Radisson Blu in Tallin last summer, could've just used the points I had), the annual fee is more than worth it for me with the renewal bonus offered every year. Along with the fact that I'll need to spend some money on certain things in the next 3 months to get the bonus points.
