I believe there is a limit on the amount that can be repaid in cash (a limit of £1400 ?) per form presented.
(obviously due to admin fees it is generally best to get all items from a single store on one form)

However, due to additional admin fee for cash, I've never gone for cash. I'm always refund to card.

I assume £6k is the refund amount, not the purchase price?
