You may be able to ask the inflight chef to have just the main course or a bring everything at once but this is really is not the TK way. As TPJ says, sit back, relax and enjoy the service.
I sometimes do this, but you don't gain any extra time as you still have to wait for the main meal to be served at about the same time as the other mean mails are served.
