I am not sure if someone has already reported this, but FYI….
I called meeting services a couple of weeks ago to request an upgrade certificate for a flight the same week. She asked me for my FedEx/UPS account number to expedited delivery. I told her that I didn’t have an account with either company. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then told me that it was done, and that no certificate was needed. She entered the information into my reservation. I was able to use Flagship check-in without a problem.
