After a google search turned up this:
Finding accommodations for big families in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa can be challenging. Luckily, Hilton has 38 properties with family plans which allow you to book a second room at 50% off. The family plan in most cases can not be used in conjunction with other specials or sales.

Note that you’ll have to make reservations for 2 rooms and contact the hotel to confirm the 50% off as there isn’t a special code for their family policy.

I called the diamond desk who suggested that I make the reservation and then touch base directly with the property's reservation department during the week.

Has anyone had success using the family plan? Are there better options?

Thank you all,

Found an old thread which may be of some help to you. It would appear that the best option is to ring the hotel direct first to see if they offer this 50% off rate. Also, you may want interconnecting rooms. However, it does look like it is based on Best Available Rates. Getting 50% off second room paying BAR might not be much different to paying for 2 rooms at Sale prices, although they would be pre-paid, if available.
