Personal Platinum at the end of second year (in Australia). Last year on my first renewal I rang and asked for retention offer. I had about 50,000 AUD spend and they offered 23,000 MR points and would not budge.
This year on renewal I did the same thing with about 60,000 AUD spend and was offered immediately 70,000 MR points as long as I stayed for 12 more months and no spend requirement. The points were in my account within 24 hours.
Very happy.
