- RFS flights when cash tickets are expensive
- JL or CX F from/to LHR
- Intra-Asia J on CX or JL (HKG-HND is normally a steal at 20,000 Avios vs. about £1k for a cash ticket)
- UUA from J to F (less so these days, as I try to avoid BA long haul)

BoB seems to typically give you not much more than 0.5p per Avios, whereas in all the above uses I typically get at least 1p per Avios and usually far more.
