Not quite - QR has 9x4=
36 C seats - 6 rows in front of the "bar", 3 rows behind. The difference is clearly seen though - whereas QR put only 24 seats in fron of door 2, AY puts all 32 there. (Thus QR has a quite nice open space, but with 1-2-1 setup, not the horrors of BA's 2-4-2 dormitory.)
