Seriously - it's got to be half my trips (or worse...) that the priority tagged bags come out last.
In that case, remove them altogether.
Either way the current process creates a step that can be easily avoided/eliminated thereby reducing cost. This will improve passenger experience by having a more seamless bag check process at the same time giving agents more time to deal with more complex situations (i.e. IROPs).
