It would indeed by an issue for ebookers to sort out if anything needed sorting out (although in this case, later posts suggest that it is all OK in fact). Just a minor point of terminology, though: ebookers is not an "opaque site". An opaque site is a site where the name of the service provider is not disclosed until after the booking is made. This was not, I believe, the situation of the OP. The OP knowingly bought a ticket on BA from Ebookers. Opaque bookings are rare for airlines (although priceline in the US used to do it - not sure if they still do). It is more common for hotels or car hire.
