The above two posts show it’s all a bit of a shambles really, I’m now starting to worry the relaunched catering is going to be a long the same lines as when we saw ET decline to BoB, first the portion size went, then the extras like the bread, yoghurt etc. Next it’ll be our CE customers have said they want more choice blah blah blah and BA strikes a deal with F&M to sell “bespoke CE hampers”
