I have just remembered why this is my favourite Hilton in London. Service. Before I arrived I was upgraded to an Executive Room. Glyn the Concierge gave a very personal check in. We had a chat. The room is spotless with views as far as the Shard. What makes the difference is the staff. All of them are attentive. A stand out point is the General Manager serving table at breakfast and chatting to his guests. I cannot commend him and his staff enough. Well done. I’m glad I am here until Monday!
