Pretty sure that is a 767 with old style overhead lockers. I don't believe the First flat beds were ever fitted to the DC10 or classic 747 fleet. The last of the DC10s and classic 747s were retired in 2002/3; I'm not sure BA would've gone to the expense of refitting an ever diminishing fleet with just 6/7 years of active service left*

*Nobody mention Concorde (RIP)
