Personal Platinum card holder since 2014. Only use the card to purchase airfare and occasional promotion purchases (~5k per year). Called and was only offered to downgrade card to a no-fee card. Declined and called back. Offered 15,000 points to keep the card open and $2000 minimum spend. I don't typically use Uber, and already get some lounge access with my CSR so I declined and cancelled the card.
