Personal Platinum Card. Member since 2002. $127k spend in 2017 and higher spends in previous years (putting more spend on my Chase Sapphire recently).
They said they could not offer me anything this year since I got a retention offer last year in 2017 (40k points offered last year which I took). Said I could use my points to pay for the annual fee (at rate of 55k points to pay the $550 annual fee). Rep said maybe I will qualify for a retention offer in a month or two. Hung up and will try again in a few weeks.
