I bought Calvin Klein suitcase. The zipper had problem, and then it's base broke in my 2nd usage. I called and reported it. After that I provided them all the information with pictures. Now whenever I call to follow up, they resend me that same email again and again and asking me to give all the details again and again. It's frustrating, as there is no response. I am a professional, and they have wasted lot of my time.

I am going to throw that suit case in garbage. And, WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH CALVIN KLEIN NAME.
