Thanks for the update! Good news for you and good to see after all QR-bashing in many threads lately. Some FTers even jump away to EK or TK becouse they are "better" or nearly perfect at redemptions,prices,upgrades,seatconfigurations and customerservice but still continue to rant in the QR forum.
