If this were Flagship First Dining (available at JFK and LAX), you would be correct. However, the Flagship Dining Room at DFW (it's real name is "International First Class Dining Room;" Flagship Dining is the former name) is an exception. It is open to pax flying three-class First AND Executive Platinum/oneworld Emerald members in any class of service on qualifying tickets. Since AA considers Mexico City as international, he/she will be allowed access as an Executive Platinum member.
