The RJ scope limit is actually 255 70+ seater planes (of which no more than 153 can have 76 seats). The CR7’s were drawn down slowly to allow the scope to reach it’s max. The final E175 is on property and ready for service but cannot enter service until the last CR7 has been discharged from thefleet (in process now).
