Booked a reservation through a random card and when I arrived to the rental agency handed them my CSR to charge for the actual booking. Got into an accident and planned to use my chase protection as I waived insurance. Even though the rental agreement states my CSR as the payment option they still charged the original card I gave them online for the booking and only charged my CSR for tolls and expenses. Am I screwed?
