True.. but as you said, the caveat is that this was on CX.

AA service is hit or miss independent of the number of passengers in the cabin. I have been in a packed 52J 77W and had great service, a full 8 F 77W and had great service and a 2/3rds empty 789 and had gawd awful service too.

The broader issue is AA has no consistent service enforcement. Full cabin or empty.
