It looks as if the aircraft they are using for this flight since going from the A330-300 to the A330-200 have all been reconfigured ones. If you look online at a flight radar site it will tell you the tail that flew that day and the past few days. For instance today the ATL-IST was flown by TC-JNE which appears to have gone from the 22 seat angled to the 18 seat flat sometime in June of 2017.
As per GDS seat map it is an aircraft with 18 fully flat seats:
