Yes, CX sent out lai see to HK based (not sure about outport) DM/DMP/IN as CNY gift this year. It looks really good.
We are based in Taiwan, and we used to receive them too. I don't know if they are the same as the ones DM based in HKG receives. At first, the problem is that the envelope is too small to fit TWD bill, but that got improved afterwards. My parents might still have some left.
