When are you going? I was there two weeks ago and was treated EXTREMELY well as Diamond. Some of the best service I have ever received. Was upgraded from Basic King to a very spacious suite with a lovely lounge room, couch, study area and 2nd bathroom. Executive lounge was excellent as well.
