I.am staying 3 nights by Piata Unirii on my next visit, which is served 24h by tye 783 Express bus from outside the terminal at OTP.. Just shy of an hour's journey so 05:30 departure on the return wlhich is not
too bad...
Piata Unirii is close to the Old City and well served by Metro and city buses too...
