Just completed a similar stay (checked out a few hours ago). 6 nights, 5 on points. Experience and room were the same. This is a fantastic property that treats Platinums very well. Had excellent service from all staff throughout our stay. Some went above and beyond.

Also preferred breakfast in the lounge. Slightly fewer options but quieter and more peaceful.

Will definitely return next time in Chiang Mai.
