After coming back to ANC from DUT (by ferry mid June) we have a week in the area and will either rent a car or use public transport. In any case, I have some homework before deciding. </font>
Just FYI - the bus in ANC (public transport) is not very regular. It just seems to come every so often but not necessarily on any kind of a schedule. I've used it myself and in the winter was very sorry as I stood outside waiting... and waiting....
