Economy Comfort is NOT Premium Economy.
It is the exact same seat as every other "regular" economy seat - just with a few centimetres of extra pitch and a little extra recline.
You should NOT even think about ANA Premium Economy or make any comparisons - there is absolutely nothing like this on board any KLM plane.
KLM "Economy Comfort" is just a standard economy seat, for which they expect you to pay extra. There is no additional service, and you receive the same meals and amenities, and you are not in a different cabin. They are just economy seats that they charge extra for.
Personally, I would never pay extra for an Economy Comfort seat, but if you are still thinking about spending 30,000 Y (~€220) for the three of you for a single segment, at least make sure you are aware of what exactly you are paying for - your reference to ANA's Premium Economy means you have your expectation way, way too high. I think you will be severely disappointed when you realise what "Economy Comfort" actually is on KLM.
